The Local Asian Grocer is a community grocery store with a primary focus on various fresh & dry asian goods, located in the suburb of Melbourne, Australia. The client placed their second purchase from Highbright in August 2021, only one year after their first purchase for a smaller size (~100m2) shop. They were content with the products in the first purchase, including a range of Highbright supermarket equipment like gondola shelves, plastic shopping baskets, metal shopping carts and produce tables.
Our sales associate Vicky was responsible for both of the purchases. She spoke highly of the second cooperation with The Local Asian Grocer. The new store is only a 10-minute drive from the first one, with a larger size of 450m2. Trust has been built and Highbright products have been verified, after the first cooperation in 2020.
Our client also has gained experience with the store layout after having Highbright’s guidance service on the first project. Thus, when it came to the second project, they directly dived into the process of selecting suitable Highbright products. Because of the great user experience with Highbright products, our client expanded their shopping list, deciding to include warehouse equipment, display racks and even small accessories like price holders.

Highbright put the client’s mind at ease with fast response and quality products, allowing them to dedicate more effort to the grand opening in the beginning of 2022.
